GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store name that you have listed. Secondary stores as well as new website and online sale channels must receive prior written approval.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
We ask that you spend a minimum of $150 on each order placed. Due to already discounted sale price we ask that you do not order from our Clearance or Sale tab. If you do, you may obtain an additional discount on your order as it is already priced at a wholesale discount. All orders for this specific period must be placed before 11AM PST and 8 AM PST during the holiday seasons.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payments via online store only.
Orders must be pre-paid. You will receive a packing slip with your shipment. Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of placing order or before the order is shipped from our location.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
All orders placed are subject to seller's acceptance. Seller hereby reserves the right to reject any order, in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Buyer shall not disclose and shall otherwise maintain the confidentiality of all pricing information, terms, and advance product information supplied by the seller. Wholesale code MUST be kept confidential.
SHIPPING
Most items for wholesale orders are made to order and can take up to 5 business days to ship. All shipping costs are not refundable.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We can accept Returns or Exchanges processed within 7 days of purchase, with our store credit option ONLY. Unfortunately we do not accept Returns/Exchanges on any of our graphic tees and/or face masks. Shipping cost is nonrefundable.
PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
All product images and flat lay images are approved for use. Images with model and/or kids are NOT approved. We encourage you to use your own model images if desired.
